Combines the open root dev dependency bumps (typescript-eslint parser and plugin 8.65.0, tsx 4.23.1, workers-types current) with npm audit fixes for the high advisories across the repo: brace-expansion at the root and in three examples, and the sharp libvips CVEs in reference-receiver. All lockfile-range resolutions; audit:all is clean after the change. npmDepsHash updated and nix build verified. Typecheck, lint, tests and the public surface check pass. Supersedes the individual root and example bump PRs, which close once the dependencies are current.
