Fix: Installation failure on Raspberry Pi / ARM systems

matplotlib is now an optional dependency. Previously, if matplotlib could not be installed (common on RPi/ARM due to missing build tools), the integration failed to load entirely with a RequirementsNotFound error.

Now the integration loads correctly on all platforms. Weather forecast and history graphs will display an informational message if matplotlib is unavailable — all other features remain unaffected.
