First full release after the refactor of the code in https://github.com/bastibe/matlab-msgpack.
This release is not backwards compatible with the code there.

• Complete rewrite of the dump code for more speed
• Support for datetime
• bin gets parsed to msgpack.Bin
• ext gets parsed to msgpack.Ext
• map gets parsed to msgpack.Map because there are edge cases where neither struct containers.Map or dictionary work
• Use matlab TestCase classes for testing
