Built in Web View

and markdown renderer.

With Ctrl+K you can now open the new webview. It did increase the installer size to ~95 MB ish. The Linux installer however is still small ( I think because it's pulling in other required assets from somewhere else ( or it doesn't work ) ) Oh and the Linux installer is still not tested properly. This build is the most likely to break on other people's machines so...
