V2.2.1 Slight fixes. Removed libtorch.

I have removed the necessities for the Chauffeur Project, not because it was technologically impossible, but because the models didn't pan out to be as useful as I would have wanted. So until further notice, the support for them has been removed.

Also fixed a bug in the expression calculator (in cmd palette you can type math expressions).
