π Overview
This is the first official release of the VB.NET RTF Combiner, a Python-based utility that converts and combines VB.NET source files into a single colour-coded .rtf document. The tool is ideal for documenting, printing, or sharing your VB.NET projects with syntax highlighting similar to Visual Studio.

- π Recursively searches and combines
.vbfiles from a selected folder. - β¨ Visual Studio-style syntax highlighting using Pygments.
- π§ Automatically excludes:
.Designer.vbfilesAssemblyInfo.vb- System-generated attribute files
- π Appends each file under its own header inside the RTF.
- πΎ Saves output as
combined_output.rtfand avoids overwriting by auto-numbering (combined_output_1.rtf, etc.). - π±οΈ GUI prompts using Tkinter to guide file and folder selection.

Install via:pip install pygments
π How to Use
- Download the script.
- Run it with:
python "code format - Public.py" - Follow the on-screen prompts to:
- Select your global/module
.vbfile. - Select the folder containing your other
.vbfiles.
- Select your global/module
- Open the generated RTF in Microsoft Word or WordPad.
- Use Ctrl + A, then Ctrl + C to copy everything and paste into your final documentation or report.

- Tested on Windows 10 and 11.
- Ideal for coursework or portfolio documentation involving VB.NET.
