Gazer 0.5.0 beta

Unsigned Windows MSI for testers (code signing skipped).

Highlights since 0.4.0 beta 5

  • Settings grouping: drop cluster / clusterSlot. Group with style="row" and mark readouts role="value".
  • Page editor: Cell and Zone get their own Dwell and Style tabs; page Style and Dwell are no longer buried on the Page tab.
  • ComboMouse: pack the pie to screen edges; Close All shuts it.
  • AutoHotkey: run page AHK actions through a local AutoHotkey install.
  • Actions: OptiKey-style modifier cycling and named click / move / zoom commands.
  • Host chrome: rest-pose frost snapshot before the drawer animates; overlays restack in-band and stay above the taskbar after activate and dwell suspend.
  • Input: cluster keys send as extended (Shift+arrow selects); SendInput passes through the board.

  • Double-click Gazer-0.5.0-beta.msi, or
  • msiexec /i Gazer-0.5.0-beta.msi
  • Quiet: msiexec /i Gazer-0.5.0-beta.msi /qn

Uninstall

  • Apps & features, or msiexec /x Gazer-0.5.0-beta.msi

Notes

  • Installs to Program Files\Gazer\ with Start Menu + desktop shortcuts
  • Layouts/models ship under resources\; settings stay in %AppData%\Gazer
  • Mouse tracker works without hardware; Tobii Eye Tracker 5 needs Tobii drivers (MSI includes tobii_stream_engine.dll)
  • ProductVersion is now 0.5.0; this MSI upgrades earlier 0.4.0 betas
