Tabbed Dashboard

• Calculator tab: Volume calculator, tank SVG, alarms, inventory, strapping table — all in one view
• Fill Rate & Tools tab: 4 tool cards with dedicated calculators

New Tools (Tab 2)

• Fill Time Calculator — how long to fill/drain between two levels at a given flow rate (m3/hr, L/min, gal/min)
• Fill Rate from Readings — calculate rate + ETA from two level measurements over time
• Volume Converter — m3, liters, gallons, barrels (oil), cubic feet
• Quick Capacity Reference — current vessel summary in all units

Visual Improvements

• Bubble particle animation inside the tank (replaces wave pattern) — rising bubbles with gradient liquid fill
• Surface shimmer line at liquid surface level
• Horizontal cylinder: proper sideways oval SVG (no longer a rotated vertical tank)
• 16px base font — looks correct at 100% browser zoom (no more needing 150%)

• Alarm setpoints: slider + number input for precise entry
