Add --comment when invoking code review
For every PR run through this workflow, the code-review plugin will only write its findings to the Actions log because /code-review posts to the pull request only when the --comment argument is supplied; without it the command stops after terminal output. That makes the automatic review effectively invisible in the PR UI, even when issues are found, so this prompt should invoke the plugin with --comment if the workflow is meant to leave review feedback.
