Add export/import of app exclusion list

Issue Details

If I use the selective exclusion mode, then I can have several dozen applications added to exclusions. Now it is not possible to export them as a list of sites, for example, when reinstalling the application.

Proposed solution

Add export/import of application exclusion list.

We could implement an export/import for app exclusions separately but I have some another idea to merge export/import of app exclusions together with full export/import of settings like in AdGuard app.
