Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to a free AdGuard account in the AdGuard VPN app on TV
2. Use up all available free traffic
3. Press the Connect button

Expected Behavior

This dialog 'Speed is reduced' is shown. It is designed to appear only once per session. Specifically:

• When the traffic is initially depleted: The dialog should appear automatically
• In subsequent sessions (when no traffic is available): It should appear upon the first connection attempt after launching the app

Once the dialog is closed, it should not reappear during the current session, ensuring it no longer blocks or overlaps the Connect/Disconnect button

Actual Behavior

'Speed is reduced' dialog overlaps the Connect/Disconnect button and prevents it from being clicked
