Issue Details

Step 1 is to enable the application
Step 2 is to open some other application which will be on the front and the guard will work somewhere in the background
step 3, lock the phone wait 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes check that there are no notifications from the application, browser cannot open pages
step 4 Open the adguard, so that it is on the front
On the front of the application I see a message that the protection will restart and after that notifications appear from all applications and the browser starts to work

Expected Behavior

traffic flows as usual, no interruptions

Actual Behavior

application starts blocking all http/https traffic when being in background and phone locked
application has no battery usage restrictions
application is allowed to run in the background

Thanks for sending over the logs! Our developers are already analyzing them to investigate this behavior. We'll make sure to update this thread as soon as we have any news or a potential fix

@cheshi-mantu We have successfully received logs, but since the log file contains a very large volume of data entries, it is difficult to isolate the exact moment the issue occurred. To move forward with the investigation, we kindly ask you to reproduce the bug one more time and capture fresh logs with a strict timestamp.

Here is what we need you to do:

• Enable debug logging:
  Go to Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Logging level and select Debug.
• Trigger the bug again, and please note down the exact time (hours and minutes) when the connection dropped or froze.
• Collect the fresh logs:
  Go to Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Export logs and system info and save the new archive.
• Send the file to qa@adguard.com:
• Include the [android] keyword and 6096 in the subject line of your email.
