Removes the HTTP server layer (cmd/stratakv, internal/server, API.md). StrataKV is consumed as an embedded library; the HTTP adapter added a network hop, a second serialization boundary, and an unauthenticated write surface to an engine whose value is in-process access. Nothing depended on it.
Bloom filter: packed bitset (8x less memory), and the second hash is now forced odd so the probe sequence stops collapsing into a short cycle.
No public API changes. No on-disk format changes. Safe drop-in upgrade from v1.0.3.
