Adds a "Over-the-air" (OTA) Firmware Upload through Bluetooth for Nova 2.0 Gloves specifically. This functionality is limited to the Windows and Linux releases. For more info on this feature, check out https://senseglove.gitlab.io/SenseGloveDocs/nova-2.html#updating-your-nova-2-0-firmware.

Note: v1.7.0 and v1.7.1 were used for internal testing of firmware uploads.
