Adds additional BLE information to both the Pairing Menu and Connection Troubleshooter.
Fixed a bug where SenseCom installed via the Windows Installer would fail to launch.
Fixed a bug where, on Linux, BLE devices would no longer show up in "Nearby Devices" after unpairing them.
Fixed a bug that caused a SGCore::DeviceList::SenseComRunning() to return false despite the program running.
Known Issues
SenseCom and the WebEx client both use the same IPC method and share an address, causing gloves to be shown as 'disconnected' while they're not. Current workaround is to not run SenseCom and WebEx together.
