Import restore (-r, --restore) does not work

Version 3.0.5.
php artisan adldap:import --filter "something" -r doesn't work.
I have checked Commands/Import.php and it seems that restore(User $user, Model $model) method is just not being called anywhere.

Whoops! I fixed this in master, but not on the v3 branch. Pushing now.

I'm not familiar with the release procedure, so I'm curious - when approximately this fix can be published?

Hi @ownmaster, this has been fixed in v4.0 and I'm pushing a new release out now with this fix in the v3.0 branch.

Hi @stevebauman, there is a problem with the latest v3 release (v3.0.8) - it's source code (.zip) does not contain the fix, though the fix exists in the referenced commit (c76bd48).
Release date is 12.12.2017, but the fixes were committed later, last one on 02.01.2018 (see the diff).
As a result - the changes cannot be taken via, for example, Composer.
