hermes-rss 0.0.2.post1

Packages hermes-rss for the Hermes plugin catalog in the catalog/ subdirectory, with a native manifest and desktop/plugin.js. Includes companion files where needed.

The existing standalone files and signed-update channel are unchanged. The catalog package delegates updates and restores to Hermes so in-plugin updates cannot bypass the reviewed pin. This release is not marked as the latest standalone update.

Validation: upstream manifest/capability checks, exact-commit installation and Agent loading, Desktop component detection/materialization, provenance markers, removal, and manual-install protection on Windows. RSS and SSH installation checks used the proposed plugin scanner correction; their catalog submissions depend on that change.

Catalog admission is pending. No claim of maintainer approval is made.
