Locked offline package reproduction, local plugin tests, 15 Chromium terminal behavior checks with external requests blocked, native admission validation, exact-SHA catalog installation, and Desktop component detection/materialization passed on Windows with Python 3.13 and Node.js 24. Native Linux/macOS Desktop interaction is unverified. Source GitHub Actions is disabled for this repository, so no exact-head source CI result is available.

Catalog users receive this update after upstream review through hermes plugins update. Desktop catalog packages retain Hermes-managed updates. This release does not publish a signed standalone updater.

Validation: generated-package freshness, JavaScript syntax, catalog policy tests, upstream manifest validation, and plugin doctor passed. This release is for the catalog/ package and is not marked as the latest standalone Desktop release. The two-week catalog maturity period starts at this release's publication time.

Validation: upstream manifest/capability checks, exact-commit installation and Agent loading, Desktop component detection/materialization, provenance markers, removal, and manual-install protection on Windows. RSS and SSH installation checks used the proposed plugin scanner correction; their catalog submissions depend on that change.
