v0.1 - now with standalone exe

This is effectively the same as the alpha release, except we now how have a standalone exe so you don't need python.

reducing exe size.
embedding the icon properly into the standalone exe.

Initial Release

The functionality is here. there are some bugs and I haven't tested it with everything yet.

Known Issues in this release:
iOverlay has problems closing, it seems to be specific to iOverlay though.
The autostart checkboxes are placed a little funky
the styling is out of wack
the code is ugly
there is no pre-built exe or anything like that. you need python (i am using 3.11) and to install the packages in the requirements.txt
