Replaces the two-line copyright notice from #125 with the full BSD open-source wording, and adds it to files that had none (bare
__init__.pys,tests/test_data/test.py).242 files: 214
.py, 24.ui, 2.html, 1.qss, 1.sh. Comment syntax per file type; below any shebang, doctype or<?xml ?>line.Verified: all
.pycompile, all.uistill parse as XML,ruffclean vs base, 599 tests pass.Note:
LICENSEstill holds the old Argonne agreement, not BSD, so it now contradicts the headers. Say the word and I'll swap it in here.
