fix: show native Splide play button on video slide

disableOverlayUI: true hid the play button, leaving the video slide
with no visible trigger. Setting it to false lets Splide render and
handle its native play button. Removed the duplicate .splide__video__play
check from our click handler to avoid double-triggering play.
