fix: read video thumbnail URL from slider element attribute

Webflow strips image elements from the DOM when the CMS field is empty,
making the hidden img[data-hero-video-thumb] approach unreliable. Instead,
bind data-hero-video-thumb directly on div[data-hero-slider] in Webflow
Designer (bound to the Hero Video Thumbnail CMS image field) and read it
as an attribute URL in JS.
