fix: revert thumbnail to hidden img element approach

Webflow Image CMS fields cannot be bound to custom data-* attributes,
only to img src. Keep the hidden img[data-hero-video-thumb] element in
Webflow with its src bound to the Hero Video Thumbnail field — Webflow
renders it when the field is populated, omits it when empty (handled
gracefully by the src check).
