fix: fetch video thumbnail from Vimeo oEmbed as fallback

The hidden img[data-hero-video-thumb] approach is unreliable — Webflow
strips the element when the CMS field is empty. Now falls back to
Vimeo's oEmbed API to fetch the thumbnail URL automatically, so the
poster always shows without any CMS setup required. CMS thumbnail is
still used if the element is present and has a src.
