fix: always show thumbnail overlay with play button on video slide

- Remove display:block !important from .splide__video__wrapper — it was
  forcing the Vimeo embed visible before play, bleeding through the empty
  thumbnail div
- Add background:#111 to [data-video-thumb] so it covers the embed even
  before the oEmbed image loads
- Add .hero-play-btn inside the thumb div so there is always a visible
  play indicator; thumbnail img inserted before it so the button layers on top
- img is now position:absolute so both img and play button stack correctly
