fix: center play button and ensure thumbnail covers video embed

- Make [data-video-thumb] the flex centering container; .hero-play-btn
  is a normal-flow flex child, not absolutely positioned (fixes centering
  when parent has uncertain height)
- Add position:relative to .splide__slide to guarantee positioning context
- URL-encode the oEmbed url parameter
- Set pointer-events:none on thumb when fading it out (opacity:0) so
  video controls remain clickable during playback
