Full re-write for better modularity and clarity for reader. Also:

  • Better documentation (docstring and README.md)
  • Allows significant customization with minor edits to one "parameters" dictionary (documented)
  • Allows better access to modify single cells with custom color and text
  • Fixed numerous typos and errors, mostly for edge cases of custom modification
  • Now allows heatmaps of any shape
