Aerial 4.1.0beta1

This is a pre-release version of Aerial 4.1.

Auto updates will not work in this version, you have to install it manually.

What's new :

• Native wallpaper support. Aerial 4 now shows up as a "wallpaper" in System Settings, in it's own category.
• Support for "paused" wallpaper mode (mirroring what Apple does by default with it's wallpaper), you can pause/play via the Wallpaper button in the popover.
• New home dashboard in the Video Library that sums up all settings/simplify understanding of how it works
• Lots of work in progress
• Probably many bugs !

Report issues on discord or github, this is a beta, some things are likely broken !
