V0.1.beta.7

Updated to use fixed-width fonts in the notes section, for ease of aligning notes properly.

v0.1.beta.6

Fixed bugs relating to viewing sub-lists and returning to parent lists.

v0.1.beta.5

Bug fixes relating to continuing to display notes when they shouldn't be.

v0.1.beta.4

This mostly fixes some bugs with the newest features - adding notes to steps and loading an entire sub-list from a file. See test.txt for examples of how to use these new features.

Notes update

This version has an actual section for notes. This way, they can be viewed as notes and stuff instead of being shimmied in at the end of the sub-list when included.
