Changes

When choosing a delivery it now shows if there's a hinted item with an exclamation mark
Intercity deliveries will not be generated if the required items haven't been received
Deliveries wont be generated when not connected to Archipelago
Lowered time spent dead (might not apply the first time after starting the game)

Bugfix

Fixed Fishing Town gate not opening on when it should when using the "only items" option for Radio Towers
