Can now detect deleted files and folders and replicate them in Profiles. This fixed save files not being deleted after closing AltLauncher. You can control this behaviour by setting True or False either the environment path: AltLauncher_ForbidDeletions or the ini setting: [Settings]ForbidDeletions
