Fixed

• Playback resume restarted from 0 after Stop — MpvEngine.play() launched mpv with --start <pos> (space-separated), which mpv rejects for numeric options and exits immediately. The "retry from beginning" fallback then replayed from 0, even though the episode had been downloaded to the cache. Now uses the --start=<pos> equals form, so Stop → replay resumes from the saved position.
• Zombie mpv process marked fixed — verified stop() reliably terminates mpv.

• ValueError: list.index(x): x not in list on the feed list — clicking a feed row while a background refresh was rebuilding the ListView crashed Textual. The Selected message bubbled to on_list_view_selected for a ListItem that had already been replaced; the handler now ignores stale selections.
• 2 regression tests added (tests/unit/test_feed_screen.py) — suite now 69 passing.
