Flat Layout (Default)

Repositories are now cloned directly into the target directory by default:

./target/
├── repo-a/
├── repo-b/
└── repo-c/

Use --hierarchy to get the previous nested structure:

mgit sync "myorg/*/*" ./repos --hierarchy

Collision Resolution

When repos from different orgs share the same name, automatic disambiguation:

• auth_org-a/, auth_org-b/ (different orgs)
• auth_github_org/, auth_azure_org/ (same org name, different providers)

Bug Fixes

• Fixed test suite polluting global git config with test identity
