Switching to webbluetooth upstream dependency?

Curious as to what the forked https://github.com/Affirmatech/webbluetooth was fixing? I was running into some issues with some package clashes and the biomejs linter (that I was thinking about switching to since I was having so much trouble with eslint) that I wanted to try going to the npm package.

I guess also same question for meshtastic-js. Any reason we shouldn't try using the newer https://github.com/meshtastic/web packages installed from jsr.io?

I forked webbluetooth to use the latest SimpleBLE in a (failed?) effort to fix #16. I'm encouraged in your PR that it seemed to be working. I'll give it a try locally.

meshtastic-js had a few odd situations where it would hang on connection or endlessly loop on a failed connection, but perhaps these have been resolved as well in the latest iteration?
