Neither file named the frontend, so a reader with a display issue had nowhere to be sent. The README's Layout section now links AgentCount/agentcount-web as the renderer of crates/api, and CONTRIBUTING's Everything else section sends frontend and display issues there. A README cannot derive its numbers, so the section that quoted the census's chains and population as if they were current now names its date and points at published-runs.json for the live scope.
