Update the pack to support MC 1.21.4
- All 1.21.4 block support
- Auto-Fixer for tools to newer version of the pack
- Runs when player picks up this pack's items
- Update pack version to 61
- Use better performance commands for items
- Fix/Improve upgrading tools to netherite
- KNOWN MC BUG: Destroying decorated pots with a hammer would not drop the correct loot, therefore this has been disabled temporarily.
