Updated GetCallStack function
Included x64DbgMCPServer.impl.dll in builds.
Sample json config included to listen on 50301, remove to default to 50300.
When debugging from source, update the DotNetPlugin.Impl Debug Properties and target you specified binary for testing
Tested and validated x64/x32 functions including GetCallstack and GetAllRegister.
Full compiled folder compiled and included in ZIP.
