• Concurrent stream crash (must finish streaming before calling run()) — chat_lock prevents overlapping requests
• Unprocessed tool calls retry — cleans corrupted message_history in all chat paths
• Bootstrap on first start — auto-sends workspace study message only when no session_history
• AGENT_RUNNER_URL/KEY added to docker-compose.prod.yml — fixes auto-detect and bootstrap on production
