Adds 4 Rust tests for edge-triggered idle transition logic in wrap.rs and 5 TypeScript tests for waitForIdle behavior in unit.test.ts. Removes unused DEFAULT_AGENT_IDLE_THRESHOLD constant and adds idle check granularity comment. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
