• Scheduled sweepUnreachableDeliveries drain: dead-letters active deliveries routed to nodes offline past a 30m grace window (delivery.failed reason node_unreachable), so undeliverable mail stops consuming workspace delivery-depth capacity ahead of its TTL.

Fixed

• Agent identity lookups keep their own rate-limit allowance instead of competing with the workspace's message traffic, so a busy workspace can still register and verify agents.
• A handle whose delivery identity was previously released can be registered again instead of being refused permanently.
