CoopParryFix 0.3.0

Vanilla 250ms when this client owns the attacker. Remote-owned hits add one-way ping/jitter from ZNet.GetNetStats.

  • Crowd extra defaults to 0
  • Soft-detects SmoothServer; does not duplicate net/ownership
  • Debug Logs default on for new installs

Drop CoopParryFix.dll from the zip into BepInEx/plugins. Remove any old ZoneParry.dll.
