CoopParryFix 0.4.0

Same DLL on dedicated server and every client.

  • Vanilla 250ms when this client owns the attacker
  • Otherwise CPF_Ping / CPF_Pong to the owner: half of you→server→owner→server→you, plus hitch above 33ms (max in a 5s window)
  • Steam GetNetStats ping of 0 no longer means no extra window
  • Missing CoopParryFix on a client or the server: timeout and fall back; blocking still works
  • Debug Logs default on

Drop CoopParryFix.dll from the zip into BepInEx/plugins on the server and all clients.
