v0.2.3: Fix API decode: accept 201 status, use String id, add unit tests
@guohai guohai tagged this 11 Feb 04:30
- Accept HTTP 201 (Agora API returns 201 on success, not 200)
- Change AgoraAPIProject.id from Int to String to match API format
- Log raw response on decode failure for easier debugging
- Add AgoraAPIClientTests with 10 test cases covering decoding,
  mapping, error descriptions, and Codable round-trip
- Add test target to Package.swift
