Finalize the v0.2.5 changelog and refresh install doc examples. Clarify that GitHub tokens are optional and only needed when latest-release API lookups hit rate limits; pinning VERSION skips that lookup entirely.
Resolve govulncheck failures for GO-2026-5037 and GO-2026-5039 by rebuilding on the patched stdlib release.
