1.6.2 - BitTorrent and IPFS fixes

IPFS will now use custom ports for the swarm/gateway/RPC APi so that it won't conflict with existing IPFS nodes.
ipld:// URLs will now return an applicaiton/json for dag-json data so it can be viewed.
Using newer version of IPFS daemon
Fixes ENOENT error for bt:// protocol (storage location changed)
