Community maintenance release following a full review of every open issue and pull request.
Highlights:
- Added the managed cross-platform Python runtime with setup and doctor commands.
- Added SSRF-safe sitemap discovery for robots.txt and common CMS locations.
- Fixed GSC pagination, exact limits, dimensionless totals, and completeness reporting.
- Replaced removed Bing Webmaster link endpoints with bounded supported workflows.
- Fixed DataForSEO permissions, Banana paths, Windows portability, SPA rendering, JSON-LD extraction, and FAQPage guidance.
- Added complete community contributor and issue-reporter acknowledgements.
- Removed the maintainer email from public package and citation metadata.
Validation: 410 tests passed. Strict consistency and portability checks report zero errors and zero warnings. Secret and personal-data scans are clean.
