v1.0: animated cats and the kernel split
first tagged release. README now ships with seven hand-built animated
SVG cats placed at natural section breaks, plus a clean split between
the Claude Code skill (meow.md) and the platform-neutral kernel
(meow-core.md).

then act. portable to any agent surface (Cursor, Continue, Codex,
Cline, Roo, Aider, custom GPT, raw API).

Claude Code ready skill or legacy command.
cats/animated
seven SMIL-animated SVGs, transparent backgrounds, all under 5 KB,
embedded directly in the README via img tags so animations survive
the GitHub sandbox. accessibility metadata (title, desc, role,
aria-label) on every cat.
