Robin Index Vault v0.3.0 adds a public Web3 dApp UI for the verified v0.2.0 contracts.

Highlights:

Added React + Vite frontend
Added RainbowKit + wagmi wallet connection
Deployed live dApp on Vercel
Added Robinhood Chain Testnet support
Added read-only vault data: wallet balances, vault ledger, rINDEX balance, oracle values, and treasury buckets
Wired deposit and withdraw actions to the verified v0.2.0 RobinIndexVault contract
Updated GitHub Pages dashboard with an “Open dApp” link
