• pi-workflow prune and /workflow prune explicitly clean up terminal workflow runs and their mirrored subagent runs. Pruning is a dry run by default, keeps the newest 50 runs, and supports --keep, --older-than, and the explicit --yes mutation gate.

• Bundled @agwab/pi-subagent 0.6.0: worktree: true now uses real headless worktree isolation, sandboxed children support Pi 0.84, workflow stops use graceful SIGTERM cleanup, worker prompts move from worker.json into attempt-local sidecars, and the engine exposes explicit run pruning.
• Duplicate task outputs and identical run specs use hard links when possible, with copy fallback, reducing physical storage without changing retained artifacts.
• Starting Pi in a project with no workflow runs no longer creates .pi/workflows/index.json; the index is created with the first run.

• The publish-workflow policy test parses YAML with the yaml package instead of requiring system Ruby.
• Workflow unit tests clean their temporary directories while retaining failed roots for diagnosis.
