AI API Gateway Platform - 将 AI 订阅配额分发和管理

  • 通用 apikey 输入（anthropic/openai/gemini/grok/opencode_go）改为多行 textarea，一行一条密钥，多条自动批量创建并按「名称 #序号」命名
  • antigravity upstream 专属字段同样支持多行批量：mixed-channel 风险提交前只检查一次，查重跳过与部分失败重试与通用路径一致
  • 查重逻辑提取为 dedupeApiKeysAgainstExisting 共享函数，防重入与平台切换竞态防护覆盖新路径
  • antigravity upstream 批量补齐配额注入与临时不可调度规则继承（applyQuotaExtra/applyTempUnschedConfig），单条与批量行为一致
  • 多行密钥解析提取 parseApiKeyLines 纯函数，i18n 批量提示文案泛化至 admin.accounts 命名空间（zh/en）
  • 测试从 76 个扩展至 80 个：各平台批量行为、mixed-channel 确认流程、配额/规则继承、防重入拦截均有回归保护
